Which bodies can join the Association?

All legal entities within the field of Spanish university education (Spanish universities or university foundations) with a department that performs activities in an organized, professional way, at a national or international level, concerning the organization of events for its own university or for third parties, whether they are held in house or outside them.  

Who will represent them?

  • A person with signatory powers for the institution who can enter into binding agreements on behalf of the latter within the Association.
  • A person appointed head of the institution in dealings with the Association.
  • A contact person. (This can be the same person as the aforementioned one).

Procedure:

  1. Institutions applying for membership must fill in and sign the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM and send it to the Secretary of the Association: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  2. The Governing Board shall notify institutions of the acceptance of the application, if applicable. 
  3. Successful candidate institutions must pay the corresponding membership fee. 
  4. At its next meeting, the General Assembly will endorse the incorporation of new members. 

The Association’s STATUTES outline the objectives, posts and scope of authority of the Governing Board, together with members’ rights and obligations.
